Delete profile
Request deletion of your CrixPay account. We will send an OTP code to confirm your phone number.
Steps
- Open the CrixPay app
- Go to profile settings → delete account
What happens next
After verification, the deletion request is submitted. Processing time depends on internal policies and may take some time.
